Enigma, aka Je'Jae Cleopatra Daniels, discusses their ostracism growing up in an Orthodox Jewish community for their race, class & gender, their later experiences of homelessness, finding safety and support through encountering affirming organizations like Footsteps, Hetrick Martin Institute & Anti-Violence Project. Mx Enigma also discusses the centrality of their art practice in coming to the fruition of their Transfemme Non-Binary identity.
